BOOKING CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
When cancelling a Service booked in person, over the phone, email or online you are required to give CENTINI HAIR 48 hours Cancellation Notice to avoid been charged and/or obtain a full refund if pre-paid. The Cancellation Notice can be given either via email: email@example.com, by calling the salon on 020 76109557 (While we are fixing our phone line please call 07865209049 )or via CENTINI HAIR online booking system if the option is available. Cancellations made under the 48 hours notice will not be refunded. We do not offer refund on Gift Vouchers purchased.
RETURN OF GOODS BOUGHT ONLINE
Our customers have the unconditional right to return goods (EXCLUSIVE OF CENTINI HAIR Voucher) bought online within 7 days of delivery and obtain a full refund once the goods returned have been received. You are fully responsible for all costs associated with the return of goods.
All you need to do is return the goods bought online to CENTINI HAIR 815 Fulham Road London SW6 5HG. For more information please contact our customer service on 02076109557 (While we are fixing our phone line please call 07865209049 ) Mon – Fri from 11am to 6pm (except public holidays).
Should the goods show signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to appropriate compensation. You will find all the documents necessary for returning goods together with the delivery note in the parcel.
If the goods arrive damaged, please contact CENTINI HAIR to arrange re-delivery or a full refund. Faulty goods are fully refundable, inclusive of delivery and return. Please inform our customer service within 24 hours of arrival, of faulty goods or goods damaged in transit.
Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by any of these conditions.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
In order to obtain a full refund on returning a product to our shop/s you must produce the original till or receipt, order confirmation or delivery note. Ordinarily we’ll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.
We’ll refund any delivery charges you’ve paid to us, provided you return the full order (UK orders only).
PRODUCTS WE’RE UNABLE TO CANCEL, REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:
opened or used products
